Older neighborhoods like Hoffman Heights, Aurora Highlands, and parts of Expo Park often have slabs with real wear - spalling, deep cracks, moisture issues. That's fine. We do full crack repair with polymer-modified mortar, apply moisture-blocking primers when testing shows they're needed, and can coat over reasonably damaged concrete successfully. Only truly structural failures (heaving, large voids) require concrete work before we come in.
