Questions
answered.

What facility managers and business owners ask us.

Commercial epoxy flooring in Denver ranges from $7 to $15 per square foot installed, depending on the system. High-build epoxy for warehouses starts at $7/sq ft. Quartz broadcast anti-slip systems run $10+/sq ft. Urethane cement for kitchens starts at $12/sq ft. Chemical-resistant novolac systems start at $15/sq ft. Larger projects (5,000+ sq ft) qualify for volume pricing.
Yes. We schedule nights, weekends, and holidays regularly for restaurants, retail, and auto shops. Polyaspartic-based systems are ideal for overnight work - full cure in 24 hours means you close Saturday night, we coat, and you open Monday morning. For larger industrial jobs, we schedule around planned maintenance shutdowns.
Our minimum for commercial work is 500 square feet. Smaller projects still get quoted, but they're priced per-job rather than per square foot to cover setup, equipment mobilization, and cleanup time. For a quick bathroom or back-office coating under 500 sq ft, expect a $2,500 minimum.
Yes. We provide written scope documents, spec sheets, and insurance certificates for GC and facility teams. We've worked on new construction jobs with prime contractors and on retrofits for property managers. W-9, COI, and OSHA compliance documentation available on request.
Yes. We apply OSHA-compliant line striping under the topcoat so it's protected and won't wear off. Yellow for forklift lanes, red for fire equipment, green for safety zones. Customizable to your facility's needs. Layout drawings reviewed with your ops manager before install.
1-year written warranty on workmanship comes standard. This covers delamination, adhesion failure, and defects in installation. Projects over 2,000 sq ft qualify for extended 3-year warranty options. Manufacturer material warranties also pass through - most are 5-10 years on the resin systems themselves.
